My professional background is in fitness and psychology – two fields that might seem unrelated at first, but actually complement each other perfectly. Fitness is more than just physical exertion; it’s also about finding the right mindset, persevering, and constantly redefining our limits. The psychological component plays a huge role in how motivated we stay, how we handle setbacks, and how we achieve our goals in the long term.

Train with me!

At Peloton, you can train with me on the Bike or Tread – from interval cycling to low-impact rides and hiking on the treadmill. You also have the option to take outdoor running classes on the App. Whether indoors or outdoors, there’s a workout for every fitness level.
